Privacy policy
SEAT Assessment connector. Effective 2026-10-08.
Who runs this
This connector is operated by Roonik Films, LLC, which publishes the SEAT framework under the HumanRisk brand (humanrisk.com). Contact: jason@hoenich.com.
What the connector receives
- For scoring and framework mapping: 21 integers from 1 to 5, keyed by question number, and for mapping a framework id such as
nis2. - For the other tools: a pillar name, a question number, or a research source id.
- Standard connection data that any web server receives, such as IP address, time, and request path.
The connector does not ask for or receive names, email addresses, company names, or any account credentials. There are no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics or advertising scripts.
How the data is used and stored
Answers are used only to compute the result returned to you in the same request. The application keeps them in memory for the duration of that request and does not store them in any database or file. The application code does not write request or answer contents to logs.
Hosting and logs
The connector runs on Vercel. Vercel keeps standard request metadata (time, path, status code, and network address) under its own retention practices, as described in Vercel's privacy policy. HumanRisk does not use this metadata to identify individuals.
Sharing with third parties
Answers are not shared with, sold to, or sent to any third party by this connector. The conversation itself, including what Claude says about your results, is handled by Anthropic under the terms of your Claude plan.
Retention
The application retains no answer data. Hosting metadata is retained by Vercel according to its policy.
Sensitive results
A completed assessment describes where a program is weakest. Treat it as sensitive. Organizations that cannot send answers to a third party can run the assessment entirely inside their own environment from github.com/jason-hoenich/seat-assessment.
